Pasta House Salad

Dressing
2/3 c. canola oil
2/3 c. olive oil
2/3 c. red wine vinegar
2/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Whisk together all ingredients.  Set aside.


Salad
2 heads Romaine lettuce, shredded
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 can quartered artichoke hearts (not marinated), cut in half

Toss all ingredients in large bowl.  Pour dressing over salad.  Mix well.
