Autumn Chopped Salad

This salad is amazing!  And it doesn't require a ton of ingredients, just a few good flavorful ones.  Perfect for an October side dish.  I bet you could add some shredded rotisserie chicken and make it a lunch.





2 heads Romaine lettuce
2 pears, chopped
1 cup dried cranberries (craisins)
1 cup pecans, chopped
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup feta cheese
3/4  cup poppy seed salad dressing (T. Marzetti)
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette (Newman’s Own)


1. Toss all ingredients except dressing
2. Drizzle with dressing, gently stir

3. Serve!
